The Unintentional Adventures of the Bland Sisters

Warning - SPOILER! This is one of my favorite books! It tells the story of two sisters, Jaundice and Kale Bland who live in a house by themselves since their parents mysteriously disappeared. One day the sisters open the door to find a a lady pirate named lefty on the door step. Lefty kidnaps the girls and takes them to meet the rest of her lady pirates, Captin Delilah, Lefty, Peg, Princess, Smokey, Fatima, and Mille Mudd. Then while sailing on The Jolly Regina, Jaundice and Kale find out the truth about Delilah and meet her sister Captain Ann Tennile in a wild fight. On this anything-but-Bland adventure the sisters find out that their parents had been captured by Delilah and abandoned on Billy Gunns Island because they had refused to tell delilah where her sister's treasure was buried. Over all it is an amazing adventure.
