THIS IS AN AMAZING BOOK!!! This Golden State is rich with detail and the writing style is just so... juicy. It is about Poppy, a 17 year old who lives with her parents and sister Emma. Their family is always on the run but Poppy has no idea why. It seems her family is fugitives, but why? When they move to San Francisco, on a whim, Poppy takes a DNA test. A story full of mystery, a cute boy called Harry and summer fun, This Golden State is wonderful. I would categorize it as a mystery romance book.
