Give it a try, if you have the time.

I admit this is a pretty easy book for a 13 year old but it is really good. It shows the story of a Taiwanese girl named Grace who has a best friend named Melody who is Taiwanese also. bad luck comes when the year of the rat comes. The year of the rat is also known as the year of changes and Grace has a lot of changes in her like throughout this book. Also suggested: The Year of the Dog, by Grace Lin
