The Maze runner is a overall good book. The fast-paced plot line will leave you in the dust unless you are a high level reader. It is also a little gory at times. But even though it's a dystopian, I feel like it's very relatable.

This book is adventurous and mysterious at the same time and draws a picture in your head like you are in the book. This is a must read! Also suggested: The Scorch Trials

The Maze Runner is a story about Thomas, a teenage boy who ends up in The Glade: land surrounded by stone walls and the Maze, which changes every day. The Maze is the only way out, and the other boys living with Thomas have been trapped up to two years! I enjoyed this book because we got to piece together clues along with the characters and there was always something new to surprise us in each chapter. This book had so much action involved which was really interesting to picture in my mind as well. I can't wait to read the other books in the series! Also suggested: The Scorch Trials, The Death Cure, The Kill Order (all by Dashner)
