This is a very dramatic and exciting book. After being taken to a Nazi slave camp and separated from her younger sister, Lida is forced to work in the factory making bombs the the German army. While having to worry about the fate of her sister, Lida discovers a way she can save lives and help end the war. Taking place during the terrible times of World War 2, this powerful book reveals a terrible program that younger prisoners were forced to take part in. If you enjoy books on the WW2 era, this is a great book.
