I thought the book was interesting and sad. The alliance was about bullying and trying to stop bullying. At South Side High School Scott King is trying to make a club to stop bullying and it is the GSA. He made this club because people who were gay or queer would get bullied and he thought that was wrong. He knew this one girl named Carmen Mendoza and she got bullied for being gay. They both didn't know it but they are both starting The same club GSA. Also suggested: Eleven
