April Henry is one of my favorite authors because she incorporates detail and suspense to make the story even more interesting. The book revolves around a seventeen-year-old girl, Olivia, whose mother was murdered on a family outing in the woods. Olivia, three at the time, miraculously survived, and everyone believed her father had done it and escaped. Right from the beginning I was intrigued and I couldn't put the book down until I finished!
