Utility Facilities in Public Rights of Way (ROW) Registration Application

Unless the applicant has a valid franchise from the city, every person who desires to provide utility services to customers within the city shall register with the city prior to providing any utility services. Beaverton Code (BC) 4.15.060. Registration applications must be submitted annually by December 31.

Instructions: Provide all information and a $118 nonrefundable application fee. The city will review the application and, if approved, return an executed copy to the applicant which will serve as the registration.

All fields are required.

Include corporate name registered with Oregon Secretary of State and any DBAs and affiliates that will construct, own or control any facilities in the ROW.

(if the applicant is simultaneously submitting the license application required by BC 4.15.070, the applicant is not required to attach identical documents to the registration application)
