If Gross Revenue in the City of Beaverton is $0, payments are due annually and are calculated using the linear feet of utility facilities located in the City right-of-way per below:
  • $2.75 per linear foot for utility facilities less than 12", or $5,629, whichever is greater.
  • $3.72 per linear foot for utility facilities between 12" and 24", or $5,629, whichever is greater.
  • $4.78 per linear foot for utility facilities greater than 24", or $5,629, whichever is greater.
