MSTIP: This project will widen Walker Road, between Schendel Avenue and Murray Boulevard, to five lanes (two travel lanes in each direction and a center turn lane) with continuous bicycle and pedestrian facilities. There will be some work on 158th north of Walker Road. Water: Install 5,180 linear feet (LF) of pipe as follows: SW Walker Road (3,250 LF), NW 158th Ave (1,250 LF), and SW 150th Ave (680 LF) to provide City water service in a recently annexed area (Area 4).Sanitary Sewer: Structures need to be adjusted to match design finished grade of improved roadway. There may be some cost share; to be determined at final design.Storm Drain: The proposed storm drain system primarily serves the improved roadway thus it is a roadway expense.Design Start: January 2017Design Finish: June 2021Construction Bid Date: July 2022Construction Start: Sept 2022Construction Finish: August 2024
