Install an intertie with the Willamette Water Supply Pipeline (WWSP) transmission line. Construct a pump station and fluoride station that will supply water to the Cooper Mountain Reservoirs which benefit the entire City water system.
Conceptual design completed by Stantec in May 2019. Currently negotiating the purchase of 4 lots within the Scholls Heights development with Polygon.

FY 19-20: Begin design and negotiate purchase of property where pump station and fluoride station will be located.FY 20-21: Project on hold due to COVID-19.FY 21-22: Continue conceptual design and property acquisition. Property acquisition conversations began with City and Developer. Pre Pre-App held with Planning Division to prepare the planning requirements of the project.FY 22-23: Resolution of Necessity processed and Property Acquisition work underway with goal of acquiring property this Fiscal Year. End of FY22-23 may be the start of Design Consultant advertisement.
Installation of the intertie, pump station, and fluoride station is necessary to provide redundancy to the City Water supply in case of emergency and meet future water demands.
