In Dec 2016 City Council authorized the withdrawal of the remainder of Cedar Hills Crossing water service from Tualatin Valley Water District (TVWD). The 153rd Ave PRV is necessary to create a City water 435 pressure zone for the CE John development between Jenkins Rd and Walker Rd. The Division St & Village Pl PRV will add a connection to the 36-inch transmission line, improve fire protection, and allow for future water system improvements in the area. The PRVs will be remotely operated from a City water system computer.
