Install 100 feet of 8-inch, 610 feet of 12-inch and 1,990 feet of 16-inch waterlines for future TVWD withdrawal areas in conjunction with Washington County 158th Avenue (Walker to Merlo Station) MSTIP project.

FY17-18: Roadway construction began in March 2017 and is expected to be complete on 5-31-2018. Waterline construction began in Oct 2017 and was complete in Mar 2018. FY18-19: Project closeout.
This area is currently served by Tualatin Valley Water District; however, the City Council has directed staff to be prepared to provide City water to this area. Washington County is constructing and/or planning roadway improvement projects on 158th Ave, Jenkins Rd, and Merlo Dr (see CIP 5090). The opportunity to install City waterlines in conjunction with the MSTIP projects is cost effective for the City and will reduce the level of inconvenience to the traveling public.
