Replacement of 3,100 feet of 2-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch water mainline and water service lines in the Hyland Way neighborhood.

Project Schedule

FY16-17: Begin design.
FY17-18: Continue design. CIP 4112 has been combined with CIP 4111. The scope of this project increased due to the frequency of maintenance issues in the area.
FY18-19: Complete design and construction.

Project Justification

The existing cast iron water mainlines and their associated services are at the end of their useful life. City Forces have identified this project as a high priority. All pipes in the project area are susceptible to main breaks and must be replaced. The scope of this project increased due to the frequency of maintenance issues in the area.
