FY 19-20: 12-4-19: Final plans completed. 12-13-19: Advertise project. CIP 4046 and CIP 4168 were combined into a single contract. 12-17-19: Non-mandatory prebid meeting. 1-7-20: Open bids. Subcom Excavating of Hillsboro OR the apparent low bidder. 2-4-20: Contract awarded to Subcom Excavating in the amount of $243,902 for both CIP 4046 and CIP 4168. 2-20-20: Preconstruction meeting. 3-9-20: Start construction on Lloyd Ave at Henry St.

Project Justification

The existing 2-in on Lloyd St is undersized and needs to be replaced with an 8-in waterline to improve system looping and fireflow.
