FY16-17: Began preliminary design in Aug 2016. FY17-18: Continued design. FY18-19: Completed design and began construction. FY 19-20 Complete Construction.
Adding telemetry to the existing PRV at the Davies Rd and Brockman Rd intersection will allow for better service to residents, improved fire protection, and the ability to more accurately and promptly diagnose leakage between the 490 and 525 pressure zones. The PRV will be remotely operated from a City water system computer. Replacing three aging PRVs with a single PRV with telemetry on Weir Rd will allow for better service, reduce maintenance costs and allow for more monitoring on the growing 550 pressure zone.
