I Am Malala
by Malala Yousafzai
Give it a try, if you have the time.
What I really liked about this book is that it tells us what it was like for Malala when she was growing up, from the Taliban preventing girls from going to school and Malala standing up for herself. This book shows how hard Malala stood up with courage.

Put this on your must read list!
This book is very emotional and inspiring. Malala is a girl who stood up for what she believed in and almost paid the ultimate price. Taking place in a time of crisis when the Taliban was invading the Swat Valley, this book is unforgettable and reminds us all about what we can do to help what we believe in. Well written, a beautiful story, and the message sent makes this book a must read.
