Beaverton High School 1915. The new three-story building had 21 rooms and only 21 students. The town was planning ahead for the grade school had 150 students. Construction on the school began in 1915 and was completed in 1916. It was dedicated on June 19, 1916. The architect was John E. Tourtelotte and WF Dessinger was the builder. It was a three-story, 70’ x 110’, masonry and timber structure. Except for the 3rd floor, which was removed in 1950, the original school still exists within the current Beaverton High School building.
