Executive Session:

There will be an emergency Executive Session immediately following the Budget Meeting in accordance with ORS 192.660(1)(h) to discuss the legal rights and duties of the governing body with regard to litigation or litigation likely to be filed. Pursuant to ORS 192.660(3), it is Council's wish that the items discussed not be disclosed by media representatives or others.
