CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

MINUTES – NOVEMBER 21, 2002

CALL TO ORDER:

The Special Meeting of the Beaverton City Council was called to order by Mayor Rob

Drake in the Forrest C. Soth Council Chambers, 4755 SW Griffith Drive, Beaverton,

Oregon, on Thursday, November 21, 2002, at 7:55 p.m.

ROLL CALL:

Present were Mayor Drake, Couns. Evelyn Brzezinski, Fred Ruby, Dennis Doyle,

Forrest Soth, and Cathy Stanton.  Also present were Chief of Staff Linda Adlard,

Finance Director Patrick O’Claire, Assistant Finance Director Shirley Baron-Kelly

and Finance Recording Secretary Nancy Earp.  

PUBLIC HEARING:

A Resolution Adopting a Supplemental Budget (#S-02-2) for the Fiscal Year

Commencing July 1, 2001 and Making Appropriations Therefrom.

Mayor Drake opened the public hearing at 7:56 p.m.  There being no public testimony,

the public hearing was closed at 7:57 p.m.

Coun. Soth MOVED, SECONDED by Coun. Doyle to adopt the Resolution Adopting a

Supplemental Budget (#S-03-1) for the Fiscal Year Commencing July 1, 2001 and

Making Appropriations Therefrom.   Couns. Brzezinski, Doyle, Soth, Ruby and Stanton

voting AYE, the MOTION CARRIED unanimously. (5:0)   (Res. No. 3691)

ADJOURNMENT:  

There being no further business to come before the Council at this time, the meeting was

adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
