Instructions

If you have forgotten your username, password or both, you can use this page to locate your profile and reset your login credentials.  

1. Choose the search criteria, such as "Phone"
2. Enter a search value
3. Click the Search button
4. If a match is found, you will be presented with one or more Artist names that match the search
5. Click the link to Reset
6. You will receive an Email containing a link that will display a web form for resetting your login credentials
7. Enter a new password value
8. Enter a new username value if you want to change that as well
9. Click the Save button
10. Login with the new credentials.
