Notice

Notices contain descriptions of project proposals, the location of the project proposals (if applicable), the dates on which decisions will be made, and state the procedure for appealing a decision.

Staff Report

Staff Reports for most proposals requiring a public hearing are available seven (7) days in advance of the hearing date. Staff Reports involving Comprehensive Plan Amendments will however be available thirty (30) days prior to the hearing date while Staff Reports involving annexation will be available fifteen (15) days prior.

Decision

For development related proposals, a copy of the written Decision on the application will be posted to this Web page. In such cases, the written decision will be in the form of an unsigned Land Use Order featuring the City's determination on an application. This document will also contain the findings and conditions upon which the approval is contingent. Decisions that do not involve a specific development related proposal are likely to feature a less formal Notice of Decision.

Vicinity Map

The Vicinity Map details the area and identifies the specific site affected by the proposal. Development Code text amendments and Comprehensive Plan amendments which are not typically site specific will not offer this feature.

Site Plan

The Site Plan shows the proposed site with location of buildings and structures, points of access, interior streets, driveways, parking areas, etc. Site plans will only be provided for applications that are site specific in nature.
